The Associate Consultants are responsible to design, develop and plan the implementation of various activities related to Rural Development and livelihoods-related fields in their domain. Liaison with different line departments related to the thematic area will be a regular feature.
Undertake necessary liaison and coordinate implementation of the project with all key stakeholders (district administration, line department, NGOs, technical agencies, banks, etc.) Should be an efficient team player. Ability to work under pressure with full professional discretion. Ability to prioritize and deliver tasks on time to meet goal(s). Ability to articulate and report progress and achievements. Any other task as and when assigned by Management shall be attended.

|Qualifications and experience||
i. Qualification: Post Graduate degree/diploma in management in Finance from a Premier Institute or Chartered Accountant.
ii. Experience: Expertise in Financial appraisal of projects, project economics, financial ratio/Balance Sheet analysis, preparation of DPRs, preparation of Bankable projects, assessment of potential activities in the field of agriculture& allied activities, rural, nonfarm sector, MSMEs.

Should have 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field is essential.
Exposure to microfinance/Rural Finance/Banking/Financial Institutions, project appraisal skills, SHGs/Federations/ Community Based Institution model is an added advantage.
Spoken, reading & written fluency in English, understanding and speaking knowledge in Telugu and Hindi is desirable.
Operational proficiency in Computer Skills and MS Office etc.
Willingness & Physical agility to undertake extensive field visits in the state of Telangana and other states in the country.
|Compensation||Rs 80000/- to Rs.100000/ per month (commensurate with experience) and reimbursement of other incidental expenses incurred while on official visits as per rules in vogue in Stree Nidhi. The contract will be for a period of 2 years and discretion to terminate in case of need lies with Stree Nidhi and notice of one month will be given. In case the consultant intends to leave, one-month notice shall be given.|
